Agricultural Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) with California FarmLink’s Poppy Davis and Reggie Knox

Learn about Agricultural Community Development Financial Institutions with California FarmLink.

What is an agricultural Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI)?

This virtual Lunch & Learn will introduce you to the unique business model that harnesses the nimble lending power of a CDFI to the massive resources devoted to agricultural lending and business education. Our guests from California FarmLink will present an overview of the business model for an agricultural CDFI including how an agricultural CDFI uses the resources of the United States Department of Agriculture and the Federal Farm Credit System. California FarmLink is a non-profit lender and certified CDFI working exclusively for agricultural and fishing clients. Over the past twenty years they have provided more than $50 million in fair and affordable loans for agricultural and fishing businesses.
